FITNESS LOGS/REMOTE PE

 

EACH DAY YOU ARE TO DO SOME TYPE OF MOVEMENT, EXERCISING, PLAYING A GAME OR SPORT.  YOU ARE TO DO THIS FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PER DAY.  YOU WILL RECORD WHAT ACTIVITY YOU DID EVERYDAY ON THE INCLUDED FITNESS LOG.  THOSE ALONG WITH THE WRITTEN ASSIGNMENT WILL BE TURNED BACK IN EVERY WEEK.  SOME EXAMPLES OF ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO ARE LISTED BELOW.

GET A BALL THAT BOUNCES-BASKETBALL, PLAYGROUND BALL, VOLLEYBALL, TENNIS BALL ETC.

BOUNCE BALL 10 TIMES WITH RIGHT HAND, THEN LEFT HAND, THEN BOTH HANDS

THROW BALL UP IN AIR LET BOUNCE ONCE CATCH IT 10 TIMES

THROW BALL IN AIR CATCH WITHOUT LETTING IT BOUNCE 10 TIMES

ROLL A BALL BACK AND FORTH WITH A PARTNER 10 TIMES- ( NO PARTNER GENTLY ROLL AGAINST DOOR OR WALL)

THROW BALL IN AIR LET IT BOUNCE TWICE AND CATCH IT 10 TIMES

REPEAT 2 TIMES FOR A TOTAL OF 3 CYCLES

o
